The Bounty Hunter is a 60 FT Willis. She is full of Harker’s Island Heritage and boasts that signature Carolina flare. Sporting a beefy 17 ft beam, she is a wide and stable fishing platform. The climate-controlled cabin has cushioned bench seating and tables and can comfortably accommodate 16 anglers out of the elements. The cabin transforms into bunks for 12 anglers for our extended day Nantucket Shoals Fluke trips. The galley provides a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of outlets for private charters to keep crockpots running. The vessel has two clean and roomy heads (restrooms).
She is powered by Twin 8-71 TI 550hp Detroit Diesels and has dual Northern Lights 10 KW generators. This provides plenty of ponies under the deck to get us to the fishing grounds in a speedy manner and keep the lights and 110 volt items humming along.
We keep two fish vats on deck, forward and aft, to provide a cool, well iced place to keep your catch during the warmer months. Preserving the quality of your catch is a priority of ours. We have over 80 rod holders around the vessel for those who prefer to travel with a small tackle shop in tow.
The wheelhouse is jam packed with state-of-the-art electronics and everything has a spare. We are a NAVICO prostaff vessel, therefore, we keep the latest and greatest of what they offer running daily. In addition to the multitude of navigational and fish finding electronics. Safety is always a priority. In addition to multiple VHF’S we also have an SSB Radio, satellite phone, satellite weather, and a cellular phone amplifier. Keeping in communication with shoreside and being able to track storm fronts is diligent when offshore.
