BLUEFIN TUNA TRIPS-  DUE TO FEDERAL PERMIT REGULATIONS, ALL BLUEFIN TUNA
73" AND LARGER    (IN SEASON) ARE PROPERTY OF THE BOAT. THE HEAD AND TAIL
CAN BE PREPARED FOR THE CHARTER PARTY TO TAKE, ( MAKES A GREAT FISH
LANDED ON YOUR TRIP THE BOUNTY HUNTER WILL MAIL YOU A CHECK FOR 1/3 OF
LANDED ON YOUR TRIP THE THE SALE OF THE FISH.  THESE FISH CAN BE WORTH UP
TO 20K DEPENDING ON THE QUALITY OF THE MEAT, FAT CONTENT, AND JAPAN'S
CURRENT ECONOMIC STATE.

DEPOSITS POLICY:  TO PROTECT THE BUSINESS, FOR THE BOUNTY HUNTER
EXPRESS  I MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT OF $500 TO RESERVE YOUR DAY. THE BOUNTY
HUNTER AND BOUNTY HUNTER JR. REQUIRE A $300 DEPOSIT.  Payment of deposit is
accepted by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard. ALL DEPOSITS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD
KEPT ON FILE.  We are unable to hold days unless a deposit has been received.
The balance is due in CASH upon returning to the dock at the end of your trip.
Your deposit is refundable in full up to 30 days prior to your reserved date.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior, and no-shows will be charged for the full
price of their scheduled trip. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us and we will try our best to
reschedule your trip for a time that will be both convenient and productive.

WEATHER POLICIES
Your enjoyment, fishing success, and safety depend on your Captains accurate
analysis of the weather. Your Captain will have the final say in trip cancellation due
to weather. We do not cancel trips due to rain, however we will try to make sure
you are as comfortable as possible. Some of our best fishing days have been
during heavy rain.
There are certain weather events that will significantly decrease the quality of
fishing. Should the Captain make the determination that these events have, or are
likely to take place, he will contact you about the situation and give you options
regarding possible rescheduling or changes in tactics and target species.
THE BOUNTY HUNTER EXPRESS IS CERTIFIED TO CARRY UP TO 28 PASSENGERS.  
WE LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PASSENGER ON FISHING TRIPS TO 20 OR LESS DEPENDING
ON WHAT WE ARE FISHING FOR FOR MAXIMUM FISHING COMFORT.  THE BOUNTY
HUNTER IS LICENCED FOR UP TO 6 PASSENGERS AND SO IS THE BOUNTY HUNTER JR.
ALTHOUGH WE TRY SAIL WITH A 4 PASSENGER MAX FOR LIGHT TACKLE TRIPS.  ALL
VESSELS CARRY THE APPROPRIATE PERMITS, LICENCES, AND INSURANCE, AND ARE
MAINTAINED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS.  ALLOWING YOU AND YOUR PARTY THE
FINEST DAY POSSIBLE ON THE WATER.
